Abstract:
This thesis examines the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of the onboarding process for VOS, a mobile application focused on mental health and well-being. The research aimed to identify strengths and weaknesses in the current onboarding flow and provide evidence-based recommendations for optimizing the process to improve user adoption and retention.
