Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením vlivu 12-týdenní kombinované intradialyzační fyzioterapie na funkční parametry u pacientů s chronickým selháním ledvin. Mezi sledované parametry patří především maximální svalová síla, maximální moment síly a dále parametry získané během 6 min testu chůze (6 CWT) – srdeční frekvence, Borgovy škály 0-10 a 6-20, ušlá vzdálenost. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the impact of a 12-week combined intradialytic physiotherapy on functional parameters in patients with chronic renal failure. The following parameters were monitored: maximal muscle strength, maximal moment of strength, 6 minute corridor walk- test – heart rate, Borg scale 0-10 and 6-20, walked distance.
