Abstract:
Stanovení olejnatosti ve 24 různých vzorcích ostropestřce mariánského (Silybum marianum L. Gaertn.) odrůdy Mirel z roku sklizně 2021 bylo provedeno pomocí metody FT-NIR a podle Soxhleta. Z výsledků této práce vyplývá že mezi použitými metodami nebyly zjištěny statisticky průkazné rozdíly. Abstract:
Determination of oil content in 24 different samples of milk thistle (Silybum marianum L. Gaertn.) of the Mirel variety from the year of harvest 2021 was performed using the FT-NIR method and Soxhlet extraction.
