Protection of Witness by means of Criminal Law Substantive and Procedural
Abstract:
Tato práce je věnována institutu ochrany svědka v trestním řízení. Zabývá se vývojem právní úpravy institutu utajeného svědka v trestním řádu, možnostmi ochrany svědků a jiných osob podle zákona o zvláštní ochraně svědka. Okrajově se zmiňuje o institutu korunního svědka a popisuje stav právní ochrany svědka na úrovni Evropské unie.

This work is devoted institute wardships witness of in oyer. Deal with development legal regulations institute latent witness of in code of criminal procedure, possibilities wardships witness of et al. persons according to law about special protection witness of. Marginally mentions about institute approver plus describes state legal protection witness of at the level European union.
