Recruitment Agency Strategy

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem Strategie personální agentury má za cíl popsat nábor lidských zdrojů v personálních agenturách se zaměřením na jejich hledání a oslovování. Jelikož se metody personalistiky díky technologickému vývoji znatelně zdokonalily, je v textu popsáno srovnání s metodami tradičními a jejich celková evoluce v průběhu let. Teoretická část se tak zabývá jednotlivými kroky procesů získávníní zaměstnanců v prostředí personálních agentur se zaměřením na rozsáhlé možnosti využití internetu. Popis vybraných procesů recruitmentu personálních agentur je posléze srovnán se strategií společnosti GoodCall s.r.o. Pro tuto práci je zvolena metodika analýzy silných a slabých stránek vybrané společnosti a na závěr navržen směr budoucího vývoje pro zajištění její konkurenceschopnosti.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis with its name Strategy of recruitment agency aims to describe recruitment of human resources applied in recruitment agencies with a focus on searching and approaching them. As the methods of human resources have been considerably improved due to technological development, the text delineates the comparison with traditional methods and their evolution over the years.The theoretical part thus deals with the individual steps relating to the activities of the process of recruitment agencies with a concentration on the extensive possibilities offered by the Internet. The description of selected recruitment processes of recruitment agencies is then compared with the chosen company GoodCall s.r.o.The methodology of the work is an analysis of strengths and weaknesses of the selected company and in the end, it is suggested a direction of future development in order to ensure its competitiveness.
