Moje diplomová práce se zaměřuje na ochranná opatření, jakožto trestní sankci, a na samotný jejich výkon. Ovšem neřeší tento problém komplexně, ale je zaměřena pouze na ochranné léčení a zabezpečovací detenci ukládané dospělým osobám. Analyticky zkoumá a hodnotí právní úpravu těchto institutů. My dissertation focuses on Protective Measures, as a Criminal Penalty, and on their enforcement itself. However, it does not deal with this problem complexly, but it is focused only on Protective Treatment and Protective Detention imposed on Adults.
