Abstract:
Práce se věnuje problematice metod asistované reprodukce a příčinám neplodnosti ženy a muže. V úvodu práce je popsáno pohlavní ústrojí a možnosti vyšetření při neplodnosti. Podrobněji jsou rozebrány metody asistované reprodukce, zejména IVF a jeho modifikace. V práci jsou zahrnuty také právní, etické a psychologické aspekty neplodnosti a alternativní metody jejich řešení.
Abstract:
The scope of this study are methods of assist reproduction and causes of women’s and men’s infertility. The induction part of this study dedicates to a description of genitalias and possibilities of medical examination in a case of infertility.
