Bank Institute College Prague , high school foreign Banská Bystrica. Department - Economics and Finance. Title work - Social Security, health insurance and law. Author - Emília Doležajová. Study - Legal administration in the business. The degree of professional qualifications - Bachelor. Supervisor - prof. JUDr. Vojtech Tkáč CSc. Bringing the issue and current situation of social security and health insurance in the Slovak Republic, which is constantly being amended. The work is focused on comprehensive social security in the Slovak Republic. It is aimed at institutions and activities in the field of social security in the Slovak Republic, which helps citizens who find themselves in adverse social situations.

Bankovní institut vysoká škola Praha, zahraničná vysoká škola Banská Bystrica. Katedra - ekonómie a financií. Názov práce – Sociálne zabezpečenie, zdravotné poistenie a právo. Autor – Emília Doležajová. Študijný odbor – Právna administratíva v podnikateľskej sfére. Stupeň odbornej kvalifikácie – Bakalár. Vedúci práce – Prof. JUDr. Vojtech Tkáč CSc. Priblížiť problematiku a aktuálnu situáciu sociálneho zabezpečenia a zdravotného poistenia v Slovenskej republike, ktorá neustále prebieha zmenami. Práca je zameraná na rozsiahlu oblasť sociálneho zabezpečenia v Slovenskej republike. Je zameraná na inštitúcie a činnosti v oblasti sociálneho zabezpečenia v Slovenskej republike, ktoré pomáhajú občanom, ktorý sa ocitli v nepriaznivých sociálnych situáciách.
