Tato práce se zabývá problematikou akutní toxicity těžkých kovů a jejich binárních směsí pro vodní organismy. Obsahuje teoretické zpracování řešené tématiky a vlastní výsledky experimentů na druhu Artemia salina. Hlavní část experimentů byla zaměřena na toxicitu tří solí těžkých kovů (síran kademnatý, chlorid nikelnatý a chlorid manganatý) a jejich binárních směsí v koncentračním rozmezí pokrývajícím …more
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with acute toxicity of heavy metals and their binary mixtures to aquatic organisms. The first part includes the theory of solved problems and the second part offers results of experiments on the genus Artemia salina. The main part of experimental results is focused on toxicity of three heavy metal salts (cadmium sulfate, nickel dichloride and manganese dichloride) and their …more
