Diplomová práce se zabývá úpravou prevence v občanském zákoníku. V úvodní části je vymezen samotný pojem prevence, dále druhy prevence a výčet jednotlivých preventivních ustanovení v ústavním pořádku. Stěžejní část je věnována zásadě prevence v systému zásad občanského práva a jejímu konkrétnímu projevu v ustanoveních civilních kodexů, které ovlivnily znění dnešního občanského zákoníku. This diploma thesis deals with the legal regulation of prevention in the Civil Code. In the first part, prevention is defined as a term along with the types of prevention. The first part also includes a list of individual preventive regulations in a constitutional order.
