NMR characterisation of C3GAGA DNA sequence
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá interkalačními topologiemi cytosinů v i-motivu a párováním purinové části DNA sekvencí C3GAGA a AGAGC3 včetně jejich methylovaných analogů. Oligonukleotidy byly studovány pomocí nukleární magnetické rezonance a molekulově dynamických simulací. Získaná data byla korelována se spektroskopií cirkulárního dichroismu a gelovou elektroforézou.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with intercalation topologies of cytosines in i-motif and pairing of purines in DNA sequences C3GAGA and AGAGC3 including their methylated analogs. Oligonucleotides were studied by nuclear magnetic resonance and molecular dynamics simulations. Obtained data were correlated using circular dichroism spectroscopy and gel electrophoresis.
