Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou ochrany dětí v souvislosti s reklamou, resp. jejím působením. Práce rozebírá potřebné poznatky z psychologie dětí v souvislosti s reklamou a nastiňuje problematiku mediální výchovy dětí a její potřebnosti. Jádrem práce je rozbor současné legislativní i samoregulační úpravy ochrany dětí v souvislosti s reklamou v ČR a to především s ohledem na jednotlivé problematické okruhy reklam ve vztahu k dětem. Rovněž je v práci zpracována relevantní judikatura soudů, správní praxe Rady pro rozhlasové a televizní vysílání a rozhodovací praxe Rady pro reklamu. Práce také nastiňuje legislativní úpravu reklamy ve vztahu k dětem v Norsku, na Slovensku a v Rakousku a tyto srovnává komparativním přehledem s legislativní úpravou v ČR.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with problems regarding the protection of children in relation to advertising and the affect this might have on their lives and actions. The current diploma Thesis analyze the necessary effects of the children’s psychology in relations to the advertising and outlines the issue of media education for them and the needs of it towards the children. The core work is to analyze the current legislation and self-regulatory system of protection of the children’s in connection with the advertising in the Czech Republic. In particular with regard to some specific and individual problematic areas of advertising in relation to children. In this work you will also found the relevant community of judicature, administrative practice of the Council for Radio and Television Broadcasting and the practice of the Advertising Council. The work also outlines the legal regulation of advertising in relation to children in Norway, Slovakia and Austria, and compares these comparative overview of legislation in the Czech Republic.
