Synthesis of Stattic analogues as inhibitors of STAT3
Abstract:
Cílem práce je syntéza nových derivátů Stattic, které by mohly sloužit jako inhibitory STAT3. Teoretická část práce se věnuje charakterizaci jednotlivých členů STAT rodiny, především STAT3 a jeho inhibitorům. V experimentální části byly popsány jednotlivé postupy pro syntézu finálních monofluorovaných a difluorovaných močovinových derivátů Stattic.
