Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na slevu z ceny jako právo z vadného plnění. Cílem práce je zjištění, jak by se v platné právní úpravě měla výše slevy z ceny určovat. První kapitola se věnuje historickému úvodu a předpokladům vzniku práva na slevu z ceny v občanském zákoníku. The diploma thesis focuses on price reduction as a legal remedy for defective performance. The main purpose of the thesis is to determine how the price reduction should be calculated in the current legislation.
