Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou provozování zubní praxe a popisu-je charakterizuje podnikání v této oblasti jako fyzická a právnická osoba. A právě transformace z fyzické osoby na společnost s ručením omezeným je stěžejním té-matem této diplomové práce.
