HR strategy of a small company and implementation of an HR system

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení personální strategie firmy a formulace doporučení pro její zlepšení, včetně návrhu vhodné personální informačního systému. V teoretické části jsou stručně vysvětleny vývojové etapy a význam lidských zdrojů, role HR pracovníka, kompetence HR pracovníka a činnosti, které pracovník v organizaci zabezpečuje. Následuje představení jednotlivých kroků plánování personální strategie a teoretické modely. Závěr teoretické části je věnován představení přístupu k lidským zdrojům v době krize a obecně problematika personálního informačního systému. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje konkrétní společnost a její personální strategii. Kapitola obsahuje informace o společnosti, významu a činnostech HR oddělení a zhodnocení personální strategie agentury a návrhy na její vylepšení. Poslední část diplomové práce si klade za cíl porovnat konkrétní personální informační systémy a na základě porovnání a analýzy personální strategie zvolit nejvhodnější systém dle potřeb firmy.

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis is the evaluation of company ‘s HR strategy and the formulation of recommendations for its improvement, including the design of a suitable HR information system. The theoretical part briefly explains the development and importance of human resources, the role of the HR worker, the competencies of the HR worker and the activities that the worker provides in the organization. Then goes the introduction to the process of a HR strategy planning and theoretical models. The final part of the theoretical part is devoted to the introduction of human resources strategy in times of crisis and the issue of HR information system in general. The practical part of the work focuses on a specific company and its HR strategy. The chapter contains information about the company, the importance of the HR role and specific HR activities, an evaluation of the HR strategy and suggestions for its improvement. The last part of the diploma thesis aims to compare specific HR information systems and on the basis of comparison and analysis of HR strategy to choose the most suitable system according to the needs of the company.
