Práce se zabývá změnami v rozpočtech obcí způsobených zvýšenou daní z nemovitostí prostřednictvím místního koeficientu. V teoretické části autorka stručně představuje daň z nemovitostí a její význam pro obecní rozpočet a způsoby, jimiž může obec ovlivnit její výši, dále strukturu příjmové a výdajové strany rozpočtu. Thesis deals with changes in the budgets of municipalities due to increased property tax through the local coefficient. In theoretical part, the author briefly introduces the real estate tax and its relevance to the municipal budget and the ways in which a municipality may affect the amount and structure of its income and expenditures.
