V této bakalářské práci se věnuji změnám telomerázové aktivity v průběhu buněčného cyklu. Telomeráza je enzym, který prodlužuje telomery, konce lineárních chromozomů. Telomerázová aktivita byla měřena metodou Q-TRAP u synchronizované řasové kultury Desmodesmus quadricauda. Abstract:
In this thesis I study the changes of telomerase activity during the cell-cycle. Telomerase is an enzyme that elongates telomeres, the ends of the linear chromosomes. Telomerase activity was measured by Q-TRAP method in synchronized algae culture of Desmodesmus quadricauda. Desmodesmus subject to the multiple division.
