Diplomová práce se zabývá kvalitou života pacientů s pokročilým srdečním selháním. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. V teoretické části je popsána problematika chronického srdečního selhání, klasifikace, příčiny, příznaky, diagnostika a léčba tohoto onemocnění. The diploma thesis deals with the quality of life of patients with advanced heart failure. The thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part describes the issue of chronic heart failure, classification, causes, symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment of this disease.
