Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na stabilizaci nekanonických struktur DNA pomocí rostlinných alkaloidů. Zkoumány byly dva protoberberinové alkaloidy – escholidin a kolumbamin, a jeden benzo[c]fenanthridinový alkaloid – fagaronin. Abstract:
This thesis focuses on stabilizing non-canonical DNA structures by plant alkaloids. Two protoberberine alkaloids were studied – escholidine and columbamine, and one benzo[c]phenanthridine alkaloid – fagaronine. Among researched structures, there were parallel and antiparallel G-quadruplex and three i-motifs.
