In this final thesis we deal with the use of genitive in present German. In a theoretical part of this thesis we treat the case system of German and we concentrate above all on genitive and its features according to which we are able to identify it in the text. V této práci se zabýváme užitím genitivu v současné němčině. V teoretické části práce pojednáváme o systému pádů němčiny a zaměřujeme se především na genitiv a jeho znaky, na jejichž základě je možné ho identifikovat v textu.
