Abstract:
Tato práce mapuje Lynchův syndrom se zaměřením na laboratorní diagnostiku genů MLH1, MSH2, MSH6 a EPCAM, které toto onemocnění způsobují. V práci jsou také uvedena kritéria pro hodnocení Lynchova syndromu, možné projevy tohoto onemocnění, způsoby léčby a prevence.
Abstract:
This work maps Lynch syndrome with a focus on laboratory diagnosis of MLH1, MSH2, MSH6 and EPCAM genes that cause this disease. Criteria for the evalution of Lynch syndrome, manifestations of this desease, methods of treatment and prevention are also stated.
