Ve výuce se v čím dále větší míře využívají prvky e-learningu, vznikají i čistě distanční kurzy. V době, kdy se student sám věnuje e-learningovým aktivitám a pracuje e-learningovém prostředí v systému na správu výuky (Learning Management System, LMS), pedagoga nahrazuje právě tento systém. In education, e-learning elements are becoming more and more frequent, even purely distance courses have arisen. In moments when a student is learning through a learning management system, a teacher is being replaced by this system.
