Changes in refraction and aberration after cataract surgery
Abstract:
Cílem této práce bylo zkoumání změn zrakové ostrosti, refrakce a aberací vyšších řádů u pacientů po operaci šedého zákalu. V teoretické části práce je vysvětlena základní problematika refrakce, aberací a šedého zákalu. Výzkumná část práce porovnává hodnoty zrakové ostrosti, objektivní refrakce a aberací vyšších řádů před a měsíc po operaci šedého zákalu.
Abstract:
The aim of this study was to investigate changes in visual acuity, refraction and higher order aberrations in patients undergoing cataract surgery. The theoretical part explains the basic problems of refraction, aberrations and cataracts. The research part of the thesis compares visual acuity, objective refraction and high order aberration before and one month after cataract surgery.
