Cílem této diplomové práce je podat ucelený rozbor a zhodnocení současné právní úpravy týkající se správního trestání na úseku živnostenského podnikání a případně též i navrhnout její změny. Zaměřuje se zejména na přestupky a v rámci tzv. jiných správních deliktů též na relativně samostatnou skupinu správních deliktů právnických a podnikajících fyzických osob. The aim of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of current legislation relating to administrative punishment in the section of business activities and possibly also suggest amendments.
