Preparation and characterization of CdTe quantum dots
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se zabývám různými způsoby přípravy a následným stanovením vybraných typů kvantových teček z nanočástic CdTe. Experimentální práce je zaměřená na jednotlivé syntézy a záznam emisních spekter pomocí ICCD kamery a spektrofluorimetru, přičemž se snažím sledovat změny vlnových délek emisních maxim při tvorbě vrstev z CdS a ZnS.
Abstract:
In this thesis I study various methods of preparation and following characterization of chosen types of quantum dots from nanoparticles of CdTe. The experimental work is focused on the synthesis and record of emission spectra by ICCD camera and spectrofluorimeter, while I am trying to observe the changes of the wavelength of emission maxima during the preparation of the layers of CdS and ZnS.
