Abstract:
Cílem práce je porovnat působení dynamického a PNF strečinku na explozivní silové schopnosti dolních končetin u dospělých fotbalistů. Teoretická východiska byla rozdělena do čtyř částí. Kapitoly se zabývají přípravou kloubní pohyblivostí, strečinkem, silovými schopnostmi fází warm-up a fotbalem. V praktické části jsme komparovali vybrané druhy strečinku - dynamický a PNF strečink. Abstract:
The aim of the work is to compare the effect of dynamic and PNF stretching on the explosive strength of lower limbs in adult footballers. The theoretical background was divided into four chapters. Chapters deal with the joint mobility, stretch, strenght abilities and football. In the practical part, we compared chosen types of stretch - dynamic and PNF stretching.
