Abstract:

Diplomová práce: "Využití simulační medicíny v postgraduálním vzdělávání porodních asistentek" se zabývá postoji porodních asistentek k využívání simulační medicíny v rámci vzdělávání. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaký má vliv využití simulační medicíny na vzdělávání porodních asistentek. Do výzkumu byly zapojeny porodní asistentky z Krajské zdravotní, Ústeckého kraje. Celkový počet zúčastněných byl 105. Pro výzkum byla použita kvantitativní metoda formou papírového dotazníku. Výzkum proběhl v Krajských nemocnicích Ústeckého kraje tedy v (Ústí nad Labem, Děčíně, Teplicích, Litoměřicích, Mostě, Chomutově a Rumburku). Dotazník obsahoval 18 otázek. Z toho 9 otázek bylo zaměřeno na základní informace o respondentech a dalších 9 bylo vytvořeno k určení míry souhlasu či nesouhlasu. Získaná data byla zpracována v programu MS Office Excel a vložena do kontingenčních tabulek. Pro ověření hypotéz byl použit Fischerův exaktní test a dále Spearmanův korelační koeficient. Následné výsledky byly znázorněny v tabulkách a grafickém vyobrazení. Výzkum poukázal na rozdílnost odpovědí v rámci věku a délky praxe porodních asistentek. Z tohoto výzkumu mimo jiné vyplynulo, že mladší ročníky mají daleko větší zkušenosti se simulační medicínou a také k ní mají více pozitivní vztah než asistentky starší.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis: "The use of simulation medicine in the postgraduate education of midwives" deals with the attitude of midwives towards the use of simulation medicine in education. The aim of the thesis is to find out what influence the use of simulation medicine has on the education of midwives. Midwives from Regional Health, Ústí Region were involved in the research. The total number of participants was 105. A quantitative method in the form of a paper questionnaire was used for the research. The research took place in Regional Hospitals, i.e. in the Ústí Region (Ústí nad Labem, Děčín, Teplice, Litoměřice, Most, Chomutov and Rumburk). The questionnaire contained 18 questions. Nine of these questions focused on basic information about the respondents and the other nine questions were asked to determine the rate of agreement or disagreement. The obtained data were processed in the MS Office Excel program and entered into contingency tables. Fischer's exact test and Spearman's correlation coefficient were used to verify the hypotheses. Subsequent results were presented in tables and graphic display. The research pointed out the difference in the answers within the age and length of practice of the midwives. Among other things, this research showed that younger assistants have far more experience with simulation medicine and also have a more positive attitude towards it than older assistants.
