Abstract:
Chirurgická léčba zhoubných nádorů v oblasti hlavy a krku je zásadní u 2/3 pacientů s pokročilým tumorem. Krytí rozsáhlých defektů vyžaduje užití volného laloku. Materiál a metodika: Byl sledován soubor 169 pacientů, operovaných od r.1990 do r. 2005, s radikální resekcí zhoubného nádoru hlavy a krku s rozsáhlým defektem, který si vyžádal krytí volným lalokem. Introduction: Surgical therapy of the malignant tumours of the head and neck is principal in 2/3 of patients with advanced disease. Free flap is necessary for covering of large defects.
