Abstract:

Absolventská práce se zabývá případovou studií Charitního domu Salvator Krnov, která je zaměřena na získání informací a analýzu komunikačních nástrojů public relations daného zařízení užívaných k navazování vztahů s veřejností. v práci je rovněž věnována pozornost kontextu sociálních služeb pro duševně handicapované a jejich koncepci v rámci České republiky, jelikož Charitní dům Salvator je právě jednou sociální službou věnující se péči o chronicky duševně postižené. v teoretické části práce jsou představeny definice, teoretické koncepty a souvislosti mezi public relations a českým systémem sociálních služeb o duševně postižené. Výzkumná část práce zahrnuje analýzu dokumentů, která představuje tiskoviny, jejichž prostřednictvím dochází ke komunikaci s veřejností, a rozhovory s kompetentními osobami, které výrazně ovlivňují podobu public relations v Charitním domě Salvator.

Abstract:

The graduate thesis deals with the case study of the Charity center Salvator Krnov, which is focused on obtaining information and analysis of communication tools of public relations of the presented charity center, which are used for establishing relationship with the public. Attention is also paid to the context of social services for mentally handicapped persons and their concepts within the Czech Republic conditions, because Charity center Salvator Krnov is just one of the social services dedicated to take care of mentally handicapped persons. The theoretical part of the thesis presents definitions, theoretical concepts and links between public relations and the czech system of social services for mentally handicapped persons. The research part of the thesis includes documentary analysis, which presents press releases through which the communication with public is allowed, and also interviews with competent persons, who have significantly influence for the form of public relations in the Charity center Salvator Krnov.
