Abstract:
This thesis discusses the issue of skin disease psoriasis and its relationship with adipokines. Adipokines are proteins produced by adipose tissue. The introductory part of thesis characterized psoriasis as an autoimmune disease that manifests sterile chronic inflammation. Abstract:
Tato práce rozebírá problematiku kožního onemocnění psoriázy a dává ji do souvislosti s novými poznatky o proteinech produkovaných tukovou tkání, adipokinů. V úvodní části je psoriáza charakterizována jako autoimunitní onemocnění, které se projevuje sterilním chronickým zánětem.
