The topic of this Master's thesis is the formation of the identity of German Bohemians, who come from the Bohemian-Bavarian border region. The Master's thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical part and a practical part. Tématem této diplomové práce je utváření identity u českých Němců, kteří pocházejí z česko-bavorského pohraničí. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části se zabývá autor diplomové práce historií českých Němců na území dnešního Česka. Podkapitoly jsou rozděleny dle významných historických událostí v této zemi.
