Abstract:

Tato disertaŁní práce se zabývá algoritmy pro detekci ohnĄ v obrazovém toku. P°i poşáru nebo p°i krizové události zp?sobené ho°ením je vşdy velké riziko vzniku ˛kod na zdraví a majetku osob. Principy funkce u standardnĄ pouşívan ých detektor? ohnĄ vykazují urŁitá omezení, kv?li kterým je moşnost jejich pouşití v nĄkolika speci ckých prost°edích omezená. Nap°íklad v pr?myslových areálech se mohou nacházet procesy podobné ho°ení nebo procesy, ve kterých je ho°ení jejich p°ímou souŁástí. P°estoşe vývoj algoritm? detekce ohnĄ za pomocí poŁítaŁového vidĄní je velmi dob°e publikován, vhodný algoritmus pro detekci ohnĄ v obrazovém toku v reálném Łase stále chybí. Tato práce se zamĄ°ila na vývoj nového algoritmu zaloşeného na poŁítaŁovém vidĄní, který je vhodný pro detekci ohnĄ s vyuşitím standardních bezpeŁnostních kamer. Výsledkem je návrh nového algoritmu schopného detekovat ohe? s vyuşitím jednoduché neuronové sítĄ a extrakce markant? v Łase. Speciální pozornost p°i vývoji byla vĄnována výpoŁetní nároŁnosti algoritmu a dosaşené p°esnosti detekce.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with algorithms of re detection in a video stream. Each unmanaged re or emergency event caused by the re has a signi cant potential to in ict extensive damage on a property or human lives. Moreover, widely used standard re detectors have some principle limitations, and therefore their usage is restricted in speci c scenarios. Especially in industrial areas, processes similar to combustion or processes containing combustion can be found. Even if the development of the re-detection computer vision algorithms is well-published, there are no suitable algorithms for re-detection in the video stream in realtime. This thesis is aimed to develop a new computer vision algorithm which is suitable for re detection by using standard surveillance camera. The main result is a new algorithm speci cation suitable for re detection in video stream by using simple feed-forward neural network and feature extraction. The special attention is devoted to decrease the computational complexity and improve the reliability of detection.
