Diplomová práce řeší problematiku využívání nanokomplexů oxidu zinečnatého u selat v období odstavu a následný vliv jejich krátkodobého zkrmování na kvalitu jatečně upraveného těla, tzn. vliv na hmotnost, výšku hřbetního tuku, procentní zastoupení svaloviny a obsah zinku ve svalovině a v játrech. The diploma thesis addresses the issue of the use of zinc oxide nanocomplexes in piglets during weaning and the subsequent effect of their short-term feeding on the quality of the carcass, ie. effect on weight, back fat height, muscle percentage and zinc content in muscle and liver.
