Abstract:
Na souboru 194 pacientů prokazujeme, že resynchronizační léčba (CRT) u pacientů se srdečním selháním vede ke zlepšení třídy NYHA a echokardiografických parametrů (ejekční frakce, systolický a diastolický rozměr levé komory). Abstract:
Resynchronization therapy (CRT) in heart failure patients leads to functional class NYHA and echocardiography parameters (ejection fraction, systolic and diastolic diameter) improvement in our group of 194 patients.
