The Digitization of HR as a tool for the development of a selected company
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou digitalizace HR procesů ve společnosti NEDCON Bohemia, s.r.o. Cílem práce je pomocí kombinace kvalitativního i kvantitativního výzkumu vyhodnotit a porovnat efektivitu procesů, které byly ve vybraném podniku digitalizovány.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis focuses on the issue of the digitalization of HR processes in NEDCON Bohemia, s.r.o. The aim of the thesis is to use a combination of qualitative and quantitative research to evaluate and compare the effectiveness of processes that have been digitalized in a company.
