Anotácia:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním prahu sluchu s prahem srozumitelnosti u nedoslýchavých pacientů (audiometrie tónové a slovní). Pacienti byli oslovováni s nabídkou účasti v průzkumu při návštěvě ORL ambulance. Teoretická část práce se zabývá anatomií a fyziologií sluchového aparátu, akustikou, vyšetřovacími metodami sluchu, poruchami sluchu, náplní práce audiologické sestry a poruchami sluchu z psychologického pohledu. V praktické části se porovnávají výsledky z audiometrie tónové a slovní.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the comparison of the hearing threshold with the intelligibility threshold in hard-of-hearing patients (tone and word audiometry). Patients came to the ENT clinic. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the anatomy and physiology of the hearing apparatus, acoustics, hearing examination methods, hearing disorders, the job content of the audiological nurse and hearing disorders from a psychological point of view. In the practical part, the results from tone and word audiometry are compared.
