Synthesis of inhibitors of enzymes needed for DNA repair
Abstract:
Tato práce popisuje přípravu nových inhibitorů nukleázy MUS81 na bázi pyrazolo [5.1-c] [1.2.4]triazinu. Námi vyvinutá syntetická metodologie umožňuje flexibilní manipulaci poloh 3, 7 a 8 tohoto systému. Podařilo se nám vyvinout počáteční SAR, které naznačuje důležitost jednotlivých substituentů pro inhibiční aktivitu.
Abstract:
This work describes synthesis of new pyrazolo[5.1-c][1.2.4]triazine-based inhibitors of MUS81 nuclease. Our synthetic methodology allows for flexible manipulation of 3-, 7- , and 8- positions of the scaffold. We have developed early SAR, which indicates im-portance of individual substituents for inhibitory activity.
