Analysis of negative effects and risks affecting the safety of people and property in the shopping center

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na bezpečnost v obchodních centrech. Vzhledem k tomu, že zveřejnění analytických případně statistických dat nebo bezpečnostních procesů a procedur konkrétního obchodního centra by mohly být příčinou vzniku škody pro obchodní subjekt, není v této práci zkoumáno existující obchodní centrum, ale na modelovém příkladu je v základních parametrech obchodní centrum specifikováno a je posouzena míra jeho zranitelnosti, přičemž jsou identifikovány zdroje nebezpečí pro osoby a majetek a jsou představeny možnosti zvýšení odolnosti subjektu vhodně zvolenými prostředky pro jejich ochranu. Práce obsahuje v teoretické části legislativní bezpečnostní rámec, který má alespoň dílčí souvislost s ochranou obchodních center a shrnuje hlavní strategii bezpečnosti České republiky. Cílem práce je vytvořit dokument, který může sloužit jako inspirace pro subjekty zabývající se správou obchodních center, jejichž snahou je vytvoření moderního, komerčně úspěšného, ale zároveň bezpečného prostoru.

Abstract:

This bachelor’s work is focused on security in shopping centres. Given the fact, that publication of analytic and statistic data or security processes and procedures of real shopping centres might cause damage to their business, this work uses a model example. It is specified in basic criteria and level of vulnerability is then analysed and sources of threats for people and assets are identified. The work introduces possible ways how to increase durability by the right choice of suitable measures for their protection. The theoretical part of the work brings legislative security framework, which at least partly touches shopping centres and summarizes main security strategy of the Czech Republic. The main goal of the work is to create a document, which can serve as inspiration to those subjects engaged in shopping centre management, who pursue creation of modern and commercially successful and at the same time safe area.
