Credit requirements of the skiing course at KTV TUL

Abstract:

Práce má za účel vypracovat instruktážní materiál ve formě videoprogramu, včetně doprovodného textu, pro získání zápočtu z kurzu lyžování. Cílem vyhotoveného videoprogramu je nápomoc studentům a pedagogickým pracovníkům TUL v Liberci, Katedry Tělesné výchovy a sportu, organizovat průběh lyžařského výcviku studentů II. ročníku tohoto oboru. Videoprogram obsahuje seznam zápočtových požadavků s konkrétním popisem správného provedení výcvikového zadání s následným popisem nejčastějších chyb, kterých se studenti dopouštějí při nácviku jednotlivých zápočtových požadavků. Účinkující jsou převážně studenti II. ročníku bakalářského studia TUL v Liberci. Videoprogram byl natočen v lednu 2019 na lyžařském kurzu studentů II. ročníku TUL, kteří plnili zápočtové požadavky kurzu lyžování v Peci pod Sněžkou.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to create an instructional material in the form of a video program, including accompanying text, for the purpose of obtaining the skiing course credit. The aim of this video program is to assist students and teachers of TUL in Liberec, the Department of Physical Education and Sport in the organization of the training course of students of the second year of this specialisation. The video program contains a list of credit requirements with a concrete description of the correct execution of the training assignments followed by a description of the most frequent mistakes usually made by the students in practicing individual credit requirements. Most of the performers are the students of the second year of bachelor study at TUL Liberec. The video program was recorded in January 2019 during the skiing course of the students of the second year, who fulfilled the requirements for skiing course credit in Pec pod Sněžkou.
