Abstract:
Práce zaměřená na vývoj obecní samosprávy ve 20. století je rozdělena do dvou částí.V obecné části se autor věnuje chronologickému přehledu právních předpisů a jejich aplikaci do praxe v teoretické rovině. Konkrétní vliv správních norem na život a chod městyse Opatov na Moravě a především správních institucí vybrané obce v průběhu 20. století je zpracován ve zvláštní části.

The dissertation about the development of the local administration during 20th century is divided into two parts. The author is describing the chronological order of statutes and laws and their theoretical application in the first part.
