Tato diplomová práce se zabývá ochranou spotřebitele a soutěžitele v nekalé soutěži. První kapitola se věnuje vymezení pojmu nekalé soutěže. Další kapitoly popisují dva základní subjekty, které se vyskytují v rámci nekalé soutěže - soutěžitele a spotřebitele. This diploma thesis deals with the protection of consumers and competitors in unfair competition. The first chapter describes the definition of unfair competition. Other chapters deal with the two basic entities that appear in unfair competition – competitors and consumers. The last chapter discusses the means of protection against unfair competition.
