Diplomová práce se zabývá dávkami sociálního zabezpečení týkající se těhotných žen a matek a ochranou, která je takovým ženám poskytována v rámci pracovněprávních vztahů. The diploma thesis deals with social security benefits related to pregnant women and mothers and the protection that is provided to such women within labor relations. It contains categorisation and characteristics of individual social benefits, examines their historical development in the Czech Republic and briefly looks into EU and international adjustments.
