Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se v celém svém rozsahu zabývá různými aspekty bezpečnosti a ochrany mezinárodního letiště. V teoretické části práce jsou nejprve vymezeny základní pojmy dané problematiky a rovněž popsána aktuálně účinná legislativa. Na uvedené pak navazuje rozdělení a popis jednotlivých perimetrů kolem letiště, a to včetně vymezení osob oprávněných k vstupu do těchto částí. V závěru obecné části se bakalářská práce zabývá jednak jednotlivými bezpečnostními hrozbami a jejich změnami, ale rovněž také subjekty, které se na zajištění bezpečnosti podílejí, dále i jejich přípravou, výcvikem a technickou vybaveností. Praktická část bakalářské práce je založena na rozboru zkušeností jednotlivých osob podílejících se na ochraně a bezpečnosti mezinárodního letiště Václava Havla, rozboru konkrétních incidentů s následným identifikováním možných slabých míst v bezpečnostních opatřeních a návrhem na jejich případné řešení.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals in its scope with various aspects of international airport safety and security. The theoretical part of the thesis first defines the basic concepts of the issue and describes the currently effective legislation. This is then followed by the definition and description of the individual perimeters around the airport, including the definition of persons authorised to enter these individual sections. At the end of the general part of the thesis, the bachelor thesis deals with individual security threats and their transformations, but also with the entities involved in providing security, their preparation, training and technical equipment. The practical part of the bachelor thesis is based on the analysis of the experience of personnel involved in the protection and security of Václav Havel International Airport, analysis of specific incidents with subsequent identification of possible weaknesses in security measures and a proposal for their possible solution.
