Diplomová práce se zabývá postupem správního orgánu prvního stupně v řízení o přestupku, kdy je pachatelem přestupku řidič vozidla, u něhož bylo na základě znaleckého posudku zjištěno, že řídil vozidlo pod vlivem jiné návykové látky. Je poukázáno na teoretický postup v řízení o přestupku propojením s praktickou částí v návaznosti na případové studie, které byly získány z projednaných a uzavřených případů …more

The subject of the thesis is the first-instance administrative body procedure when dealing with offence committed by a driver who was, based on an expert’s report, driving a vehicle under the influence of other addictive substances.
