Hlavním cílem této práce je prozkoumat nabídku bio kávy na českém trhu. Pro splnění cíle byly stanoveny tři výzkumné otázky. Autorka sbírala primární data pomocí metody internetového výzkumu pro kvantitativní analýzu a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů pro kvalitativní výzkum.
