Polyamide Hardness Measurements
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce bylo měření tvrdosti modifikovaných polymerních materiálů v oblasti makro a mikro tvrdosti. Vybrané byly polymerní materiály - neplněný polyamid 6 a plněný polyamid 66 30 % skelných vláken. Testovaná zkušební tělesa byla vyrobena technologií vstřikování na vstřikovacím stroji ARBURG ALLROUNDER 470C. Zkušební tělesa byla následně ozářena beta zářením v dávkách 0, 33, 66 a 99 kGy …more
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor´s thesis was to measure the hardness of modified polymer materials in the field of macro and micro hardness. Were selected polymeric materils - unfilled polyamide 6 and polyamide 66 filled with 30 % glass fibers.
