Mass media as a material source of law
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá dopadem vlivu masových médií na právní prostředí a formování objektivního práva. Role masových médií jako materiálního pramene práva je tak výchozím bodem práce. Zároveň se zabývám také druhotnými jevy souvisejícími s tímto pojetím masmédií – vlivem masových médií na společenské hodnoty, morální paniku a činnost dalších subjektů ovlivňujících právotvorný proces.

Diploma thesis deals with the impact of mass media’s influence on legal area and formation of objective law . The role of mass media as a material source of law is the cornerstone of the thesis.
