Diplomová práce se zabývá vytvořením cestovní kanceláře stavějící na principech odpovědného podnikání. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou, analytickou a projektovou část. V prvně zmíněné je nastíněno základní názvosloví cestovního ruchu, základ teorie business modelů a pohled na možné uchopení udržitelnosti. This master these is focusing on creation of Travel Agency based on the principles of sustainability. The work is divided into three parts. Theoretical, analytical and the project part.
