Abstract:
Elicitory jsou látky pocházející z patogenních organismů. Přidání elicitorů do buněčných suspenzí spouští kaskádu obranných reakcí. Diplomová práce je věnována objasnění některých mechanismů účastnících se interakce mezi rostlinou a potenciálním patogenem za použití elicitorů cryptogeinu, jeho wt X24 a jeho mutantních proteinů L19R, L15W/L36F a L15W/L36F+R. Elicitors are compounds derivable from pathogenic organisms. Addition of elicitors to a cell suspension starts the cascade of defense reactions. The diploma thesis attempts to elucidate some mechanism participating in the interaction between the plant and potential pathogen using elicitors cryptogein, wt X24 and its mutant proteins L19R, L15W/L36F and L15W/L36F+R.
